WORK WITH ME

I work with individuals, families, groups, and organizations across different stages of life and development. My work draws from coaching, positive parenting, organizational psychology, developmental support, and embodied practice, with a shared interest in how people understand themselves, relate to others, and create meaningful change.

I offer individual and group coaching; career, workplace, and leadership development; evidence-based parenting support; developmental and life-skills support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities; and individual and group yoga informed by somatic and embodied practices.

Individual & Group Coaching

Coaching can create space to examine where we are, what matters to us, and what may be getting in the way of change. I work with individuals around questions of identity and meaning, relationships, life transitions, decision-making, and personal and professional development.

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in curiosity. Drawing on professional coaching and principles of Motivational Interviewing, I use careful listening and inquiry to explore values, recurring patterns, competing motivations, and the space between intention and action. I work with clients to develop a clearer understanding of what matters to them, what they would like to change, and how they might move toward it.

My coaching is also informed by my background in psychology and existential thought and is available in individual and group formats.

Work, Career & Leadership

Drawing on my background in organizational psychology and professional coaching, I work with professionals around career direction, professional identity, leadership, workplace relationships, transitions, and meaning at work. I also offer group and organizational work focused on professional and leadership development.

Prior to my current work in psychology, I worked in organizational consulting at SHL, Istanbul. My training and experience included personality assessment, assessment and development centers, competency-based interviewing, behavioral assessment, and talent selection and development.

Positive Parenting

I work with parents and caregivers using Triple P — Positive Parenting Program®, an evidence-based parenting and family-support system developed at the University of Queensland in Australia.

Triple P draws on social-learning, cognitive-behavioral, and developmental theory and offers parents practical strategies for strengthening relationships with their children, encouraging positive behavior, responding to behavioral and emotional difficulties, establishing boundaries and routines, and supporting children’s growing independence and self-regulation.

Developed and researched over more than four decades, Triple P has one of the largest evidence bases among parenting programs internationally, with hundreds of published studies and clinical trials conducted across diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and family contexts. Research has associated participation with improvements in parenting practices and parent well-being, as well as reductions in children’s behavioral and emotional difficulties.

Triple P is designed as a flexible system rather than a prescribed model of how a family should function. In our work together, we identify the concerns most relevant to your family and consider practical strategies that can be adapted to your child’s developmental stage, your circumstances, and your values.

I am trained to work with parents of children from early childhood through adolescence and can offer Triple P in individual, small-group, and larger seminar formats.

Yoga & Embodied Practice

I offer individual and group yoga informed by somatic and embodied practices, integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and attention to physical experience.

My interest in this work complements my background in psychology, particularly my curiosity about the relationship between mind and body. I approach yoga as an opportunity to cultivate a deeper awareness of how we experience and relate to ourselves through the body.

I am a 200-hour trained yoga instructor and currently teach at The New School. Sessions can be adapted for individuals, private groups, workplaces, and organizations, incorporating movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness.
